  You don't have enough operators for emergencies. How can you save someone when your system is uneffective! Worthless to even call. Handle it by yourself I guess is what they are saying so we can sue the city for inadequate emergency sevices.

  Very helpful in working with stores to catch low life criminals who come to take, instead of earn, like the rest of us. Thank you for putting your lives on the line while the rest of us play call of duty and wonder when our food stamps are coming. Thank you for dealing with tweakers, drunks, deranged, and snails, I mean pot heads. The community that has nothing to worry about is behind you. The community that makes posts knocking Police are the ones living with a guilty conscious.

  We have had a serious problem over the years with homeless people many who are using illegal narcotics squatting on our family owned commercial property on Mooney Blvd.There has been vandalism,littering,needles and meth pipes being left by the offendersThey also camp out there at night leaving the back lot a total disaster.All the Visalia police have ever done is tell them to leave but they always return.It is truly a shocking site as of late and we cannot get rid of them.I honestly believe this is a zero priority with the Visalia police and a total disgrace to their department. I am going to ask the Sheriffs dept for help next since they enforce the law too..Totally unacceptable for the city of Visalia.
