  They do a great job for what little they have to work with. We recently adopted a Jack Russell who fits very well into our family and the prices are reasonable. The staff seem to really care about what they do.

  I had to pick up a dog to transport him to a rescue organization in Sacramento. Three of the staff came in on a Sunday morning to accommodate me. All were very friendly and very helpful. They'd been giving loving care to this great dog and made sure he was prepared for a drive of several hours. Note to staff: we made the trip just fine. However Toby had chewed through both restraints before Modesto! We managed, just meant I couldn't take a break -- was afraid he'g get out when I tried to get out/in the car. Toby is a wonderful dog, thanks for your loving care of him. Charlotte
